Shipping

Shipping and delivery usually takes 3-5 days within India

Tracking

Once your order is shipped you will get a tracking link where you can check the live status of your shipment

All the orders will be shipped from India. Customs or other local charges and processes, as applicable outside India to be managed by ordering customers

Q. Single page image file in soft copies means? 

A. It means we will provide you one image with details like name, date, venue and time along with one photo. You can check it in sample images as well. 

Q. Will you put photos directly in the video or do some editing? 

A. Yes definitely. We will do necessary touching, finishing, composing, cropping and also use some effects like black and white or sepia wherever is required. It will definitely improve the feel of the photo and invitation. 

Q. Can we ask for some corrections in designed card? 

A. Yes definitely. We will provide you a link of card before delivery so that you can check the titles and all, and can suggest any changes or correction. So rest assured you will get to see the card before delivery. Also we will provide one additional design from our side other then the design approved by you. 

Q. Do we also get to see the corrections done? 

A. No. It is not required, since we take full care that whatever corrections are suggested by you should be incorporated.
