Step 1: Place order 

Step 2: Upload photos using the option provided above the add to cart button or else google drive, wetransfer or any other data sharing tool and send us the details along with order no. on support@pictoworld.in.

Step 3: We will share the design for your review and approval 

Step 4: Review and share corrections, if needed within 48 hours of receiving the designs 

Delivery after 1-2 days of design approval

Shipping

Shipping and delivery usually takes 3-5 days within India

Tracking

Once your order is shipped you will get a tracking link where you can check the live status of your shipment

All the orders will be shipped from India. Customs or other local charges and processes, as applicable outside India to be managed by ordering customers

Q. What is 1 min. video from 10-15 photos? 

A. It means we will take 10 to 15 relevant photos from you and prepare a video of about one min. duration with titles and music. You can check it in sample video as well. 

Q. How we will send you the photos? 

A. Once you placed the order, a photo upload link will be sent to your registered email and phone number on which you can upload the photos. Also you can get the link from my order details page of the Pictoworld app. 

Q. Will you put photos directly in the video or do some editing? 

A. Yes definitely. We will do necessary touching, finishing, composing, cropping and also use some effects like black and white or sepia wherever is required. It will definitely improve the feel of the photos and video. 

Q. Can we see the edited video or animation before delivery? 

A. Yes definitely. We will provide you a link of edited video before delivery so that you can check the titles and all, and can suggest any changes or correction. So rest assured you will get to see edited video before delivery. 

Q. Do we also get to see the corrections done? 

A. No. It is not required, since we take full care that whatever corrections are suggested by you should be incorporated.
